Guess what folks! After only 36 days I finally recieved my Elite back from Microsoft repair. Thats right, I said 36 days. Not the typical 2 to 3 weeks but 36 freakin' days! I finally got a shipping # which means my Elite is on it's way home! Can you believe it! Of course the gay call center had no explanation for why it took a month to fix my box but it better have all the innards like the new chip and intercooler. But for some reason I doubt it does. Another day without my Elite. I just got off the phone with them again. And I had to call them because they didn't give me the call back I was promised. Still no update on when I'm gonna get my Elite back. I also found out the free game they were offering me was either Kameo or PGR 3! So I picked up Assasin's Creed today. Now I've only played for about an hour so far and most of that was the tutorial. But my first impression is Damn, this is a different kinda game. The tutorial is a must for even the most veteran gamer. Assasin's Creed plays unlike anything else to date due to the control scheme.
