E3 UPDATE - Lost time - E3 day 1

So it turns out the Justin.tv servers crashed on E3 day 1 and about 5 hours of content was lost.
They said they'll be taking steps to avoid that happening in the future, and I'm also saving all the lifecam stuff to a file on the laptop so I can upload them after the show.

Yesterday was a great day for checking out lots of great games. Hands on time with Stranglehold, Burnout Paradise, Crysis, Gears PC, Heavenly Sword, Unchartered, and an interview with the lead designer of Starcraft 2, Project Gotham 4, The Simpsons Game, and more.

We went to the Microsoft community party last night where I met Uncle Gamer, Achievement Junkie host Nelson, and crossed the streams with Godfree of Gamertag Radio.

Bobby Blackwolf is prominently featured in the XBOX Live E3 video from Laura Foy at On10.net, and you'll see me playing Madden 08 in the video that is going up later today.

The show is so low key that it really is a treat to get hands on time with so many titles so easily. The vibe has been great for us because we're not competing with 30,000 other people for game companies' time.

On a sad note I left the power cord at the party last night so the camera is not going to have juice out of the house today. But the hanger has power outlets everywhere so i should be able to stream while i play and charge up for the final few hours of E3 07.

We'll be back and ready for a full show on Monday and I am very sorry to all the listeners who have been going through withdrawal on the regular archives. We'll make it up to you with a full post-E3 wrapup.
